Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CREO Access, operated by CREO Systems ("CREO", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at access.creosystems.io. By creating an account or using CREO Access, you agree to these terms.

1. What CREO Access is

CREO Access is a subscription platform providing recruitment professionals with a library of prompts, downloadable AI skill files, workflows, tutorials, a weekly AI brief, and a prompt generation tool, designed for use alongside AI assistants such as Claude.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use CREO Access. By signing up, you confirm this is the case.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription and billing

CREO Access is billed monthly at the price shown at the time of signup. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by law.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your use of Stripe's payment services is also subject to Stripe's own terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or login credentials with people outside your own organisation without our agreement
• Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute CREO Access content as a competing product or service
• Use the platform to build a product that directly competes with CREO Access
• Attempt to access, scrape, or extract the platform's content in bulk beyond normal personal or internal team use
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying source code of the platform, except where applicable law gives you the right to do so

6. Intellectual property

All prompts, skill files, workflows, tutorials, and other content within CREO Access are owned by CREO Systems or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use this content in your own recruitment work for as long as your subscription is active. This licence does not extend to reselling, redistributing, or repackaging the content itself.

Any output you generate using the prompts or skills (for example, a CV summary, an outreach message, or a client report you produce using our tools) belongs to you.

7. The CREO Build and related services

If you separately purchase the CREO Build or any other one-off service from CREO, those engagements are governed by the specific proposal, invoice, or agreement provided to you at the time, in addition to these general terms.

8. Disclaimers

CREO Access is provided "as is." While we work to keep the content accurate, useful, and up to date, we do not guarantee that any prompt, skill, or workflow will produce a specific result, that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is suitable for every use case. You are responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated output appropriately, including for accuracy, compliance, and suitability before relying on it in your business, particularly around candidate data, employment decisions, or regulated processes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CREO Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CREO Access, including lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to CREO Access is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for something that cannot legally be limited, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, including for non-payment or misuse of the platform. You may stop using CREO Access and cancel your subscription at any time as described above.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify subscribers by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of CREO Access after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CREO Systems is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
